These turned out to be a big hit at our house!
I am sure there are tons of ways these could be made but this one worked for us!
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Mix all ingredients and chill in fridge for 30 minutes then roll into balls on wax paper!
Store in fridge!
One of our family favs around here although I make them w/out PB not because of allergies but my 9 yr old girls isn't a fan of PB!!! GASP lol..
