What exactly does it mean to work for a debt free company?

This was a HUGE point for me when I joined up forces with It works global! I didn't want to win "things" I needed extra income!  

FOUR body wraps come in the start up kit when you begin your business with It work. The kit cost $99.00 and these wraps can be sold for 25 each!  This way YOU are not OUT any money. This really motivated me to sell those four wraps.  I was determined to sell them so I would not LOOSE money! Since my goal was to make money!!!

Your next goal is to sign up four loyal customers. A loyal customer is someone that wants to use our amazing products and not sell them. They get a great wholesale cost and can get into this program just by doing a product for 3 months! It's a great way to get great results. They can be a loyal customer forEVER after just three months of testing out some products.

Shouting it from the rooftops

2 1/2 years ago I said yes to the most amazing decision to join a company called It works global! 

2 years ago I hit the rank of Double diamond that is the average of 6K a month. Six months after joining this company our lives changed so much.

This is WHY I am still shouting it from the rooftops, from my social media, from my instagram, from my van when you see me driving down the road, from the shirts I wear or the shirts my kids wear, and more. When I say this company has been LIFE changing those are NOT even words that describe the way it feels to be able to make extra income with a side job like this!

When you say you are skeptical, so was I. When you say what if no one will buy it from you, I said it too. When you say I never tried these products how can I sell them, I never tried them either!

There's nothing I can say to make you change your mind. It took me a year to decide. I prayed so many times and the answer was GO join this company but I was still so skeptical! WHY do we fight against something so good?

It's just $99. But then I realized...it was more than $99...it was pride if I didn't do well. It was me scared to fail. It was all the what ifs.

There's ONE thing I can tell you for sure....if you are praying for a change. If you have been watching and kinda wanting to try but just NOT sure if this is the road you should take...then that's your answer! Try it! Jump in...give it all the extra energy you have for six months! Do it! There's NO gimmicks...NO extra catches...you can run this business for 20 bucks a month for a website fee. There is NO extra hidden cost of incidentals that you will get charged!

Why did it take take me a WHOLE year to join!!!

SOMETHING I LOVE SO MUCH NOW!!!

I can not imagine that it took me an entire year to join this company!

Here's what held me back!

1. I was afraid of failure!

2. I thought I had to know EVERYTHING  about the business and product to promote it!

3. I was afraid to spend money to start a business!

4. I had never tried the products!

I look back now and LAUGH! All these thoughts and I even joined a make up company in between the year that I watched IT WORKS! I was truly looking for something to do on the side! 

I didn't have a lot of extra time with such a large family and I already worked full time  to do another job that took me away from my family more so I really needed something I could do ONLINE after work and ON the go!

After much research this is what I found:

1. There is a RISK of failure at anything!

2. I learned as I went! I am involved in a great team and the beauty is you can work at your own pace!

3.  There are NOT many businesses that don't cost money to start up. You can presale 4 wraps to pay for your start up kit so that you are not out any money.  I would NOT suggest borrowing money!

4.  You can try the products as you go and earn money and free products!!!

It is a true WIN WIN! The company has a perfect combo to help others make money to get their family ahead!!!

How to afford staying at home when you already joined the work field!

This is what happened to me! I hit the work field as a teacher! My goal was not to come back home but I also had not planned to adopt a total of five children. Apparently the Lord had another plan for our family. 

After the twins joined our family being a working mom was a true sacrifice for me. I hated leaving them. I dreaded Monday. 

I hated paying a sitter. We can never replace time. The only way I could figure out how to leave the work force after entering it was to work harder! 

I had already began my journey in my side job with it works and began paying off bills but it was at this point that I decided I didn't want to work away from the twins that I knew I would have to sacrifice some sleep and time. 

It was the best choice I ever made! Now our mornings are slow and easy. I look back at that time when they first came in gratitude that the Lord gave me the desire to push myself hard to work a side job while I was still teaching. 

There's no reason to go to work outside of the home with an opportunity like this one! It's still a job but it's all from home and now during naps or early mornings! 

I love finding creative times to work my business! 

No CREATIVITY NEEDED!!!

One thing I LOVE about working from home with IT works is that you don't have to be creative!

When I was a photographer...I literally had to market, make a website, promote myself, email customers, process orders, customer reports, mail orders, submit orders, buy a credit card machine,  the LIST GOES ON and ON and on!!!

This is the most simple lay out. I basically share what I have with everyone and I don't have to recreate the wheel!!!

There is a website already made and it processes my orders, emails reminders, takes credit cards and reports and so much more!!!
